Various fixes

Taipo is now using the latest development version of the Bevy engine (pre-0.6). This is largely inconsequential, but has the following fortunate side effect:

• Text is no longer wavy

Also, there have been some other minor changes:

• New simpler Japanese word list format
• Minor cosmetic improvements to the UI
• Enemies are no longer drawn below corpses
