Update 0.7.0

This is a relatively exciting update!

• Upgrade to Bevy 0.16
• New main menu with keyboard navigation, persistent volume settings and word list selection
• You can now get back to the main menu after finishing a game
• Added a new "earn yen" icon for the action panel
• Added a new sound effect for completing a prompt successfully
• Optimized the web build for size and added a loading screen for the wasm blob
• More words!
• Minor UI polish
• Running the game on Windows no longer opens a console window

I'm also continuing to treat Bevy upgrades as opportunities to gradually clean up and refactor the Jam-quality codebase.
