Update 0.4.0

This release upgrades Bevy to 0.9 and cleans up some code.

Please let me know if you encounter any bugs!

Also, it seems that there are people actually playing this game. If you could use a custom word list, or would like to contribute to the word lists, or have an idea for a feature, let me know about that too.
